Pork Belly — £11

Pork belly with cavolo nero, chestnuts, prunes, and a brandy sauce that ties the whole thing together. Rich, warming, and about as Christmassy as a small plate gets.

Why we love it

The brandy sauce does a lot of the heavy lifting — it's got real depth without being sickly, and the chestnuts and prunes bring that proper festive sweetness that balances the richness of the pork. It's a plate that feels like a main course even in small-plate form.
