Confit Garlic Potato Bread — £6

Soft potato bread served warm, with whipped butter and a scatter of smoked sea salt. Simple, but the kind of simple that takes a bit of getting right — the bread needs to be properly soft, the butter properly whipped, and the salt there for a reason, not just for show.
