Sourdough & Parsnip Hummus — £6

Our usual hummus, but with roasted parsnip worked through it for a sweeter, more festive edge, served with sourdough for dipping. Still creamy, still moreish, just dressed for the season.

Why we love it

Parsnip brings a sweetness to hummus that works surprisingly well — it's familiar enough that nobody's put off, but different enough to feel like a proper seasonal addition rather than just the same dish with a new name.
