Live Music: Kaj Skjervik at The Rising Sun

Kaj Skjervik plays live at The Rising Sun in Portmellon on Friday 28th November, starting 7:30pm.

Our month-end live music night is confirmed for November, and it's a proper one.

Who is playing on 28th November?

Kaj Skjervik — a solo musician based on Cornwall's north coast, known for his own original songs alongside a set of live covers. He's spent the last eight years playing weddings, festivals, and gigs right across the county, building a reputation for a genuinely unique voice and a style all his own.

What time does he play?

7:30pm, Friday 28th November, here at The Rising Sun in Portmellon.

Do I need to book?

No booking needed for the music itself — just come down and grab a seat. If you want to make a proper night of it with food beforehand, booking a table is worth doing given how popular these nights have become.

What can I expect?

A genuinely good night — original material you won't have heard before, alongside covers done properly, in a small room where you're close enough to actually feel it rather than watching from the back of a crowd.
