Sunday Brunch Is Here — Every Week, All Year

We've been wanting to do this properly for a while, and now it's here — Sunday Brunch at The Rising Sun, running every week, all year round, starting Sunday 9th August at 11am to 3pm .

This isn't a squeezed-in extra on top of the usual Sunday menu. It's its own thing, built from scratch, with the beach right outside and nowhere you need to be. The idea is simple: order a proper plate, take your time over it, and add on whatever you fancy alongside it.

On the menu:

- Garlic Mushrooms on Toast
- Avocado on Toast
- Chorizo & Beans on Toast
- Strapatsada
- Shakshuka
- Huevos Rancheros
- Smoked Haddock Hash

And because one plate is rarely enough on a lazy Sunday, we've built in a full sides menu to go with it — extra fried or poached egg, streaky bacon, grilled halloumi, smashed avo, extra sourdough, or a side of chorizo, all there to build your plate exactly how you want it.

Whether you're after something on toast and a coffee, or a full plate of shakshuka with a side of bacon and a Bloody Mary, there's a version of Sunday Brunch that fits. And with the beach ten steps from your table, it's about as good a way to start a Sunday as we can think of.
