Dish Spotlight: Huevos Rancheros

If you want proof that Sunday Brunch was worth doing properly, the Huevos Rancheros is it.

Fried eggs sit on warm tortillas with spiced kidney beans, avocado, tomato and jalapeño, all finished with cheddar, lime and coriander. It's got a bit of heat, a bit of freshness, and enough going on the plate that one portion properly sets you up for the rest of the day — exactly what a Sunday brunch should do.

It sits alongside our Shakshuka and Strapatsada as one of the three baked-and-fried-egg dishes on the brunch menu, but the Huevos Rancheros is the one with the most going on — if you like a bit of spice with your Sunday morning, this is the one to order.

Sunday Brunch runs every Sunday, 11am to 3pm, year-round.
